Yard Attendant Duties :
- Monitor cleanliness of the yard and storage areas.
- Arrange boats for easy access and retrival
- Safely operate equipment for boat movement.
- Assist in launching and hauling boats.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams.
- Regularly inspect boats for cleanliness and damage.
- Report issues or required repairs promptly.
- Collaborate with service team for maintenance.
- Assist customers in locating and accessing their boats.
- Answer customer inquiries about storage and yard procedures.
- Maintain a customer-friendly attitude.
- Adhere to safety protocols for handling boats and equipment.
- Ensure safety equipment is in good condition.
2. Boat Detailer Duties :
- Wash and clean boat exteriors using appropriate agents.
- Remove dirt, salt, and stains for a polished finish.
- Clean and polish stainless steel, aluminum, and chrome
- Apply wax and polish for protection and enhancement.
- Buff and shine hulls, decks, and fiberglass areas.
- Ensure high-quality finish to meet standards.
- Vacuum and clean boat interiors, including upholstery.
- Treat and clean vinyl surfaces, ensuring stain-free results.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Properly handle detailing equipment, including buffers.
- Maintain and clean tools for optimal performance.
- Follow guidelines for safe chemical use.
- Thoroughly inspect completed detailing work.
- Touch up and address areas requiring attention.
- Collaborate with sales team for presentation.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the marine industry.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other yard equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of boat maintenance and care.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as work outdoors in various weather conditions.
